“Variabili”

This work is the result of an experimental, creative process involving uncontrolled visual relationships. It is a celebration of the fusion of photography and painting, the abstract and the real. The outcome is a body of images that emerge from a conceptually cinematic process, where time, light, reflection, water and the photographic shot converge to create forms that are intangible, spontaneous and unpredictable.
This complexity of variables gives life to a dimension that does not exist in reality, but in the reality I have constructed.
This fluid and ephemeral reality is imprinted in micro-instants. The research focuses on giving visual consistency to thought processes and exploring the photographic medium without expecting formal icons. Images are imprinted on a physical support, such as canvas.
